The Florence villa is located on the heights of Marigot in a very quiet place surrounded by nature, with many trees on the property, which is extremely rare in Saint Barthélemy.
The rooms are bright and spacious, with a view of the sea and surrounding hills.
Two of the bedrooms are located at the pool level, the master bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The second bedroom is located in a separate bungalow, the third bedroom is on the lower level of the villa.
Wood, a natural material, has been extensively used for decoration and furniture making by a local company: false ceilings are in red cedar, floors are in courbaril, bedroom closets were made of sipo,
the bathroom furniture was made of "Imbuia", which gives the villa a certain elegance.
The kitchen is very well equipped, and while preparing a meal, you can see boats passing near Turtle Islet.
You can relax on the large covered terrace while admiring the pleasant view of the sea.
